About

Who is responsible for this.

Most trading education hides behind a brand, a rented supercar and a first name. This page exists so you know exactly who publishes what you read here, which company stands behind it, and the rules that content is held to.

The company

Fortitude is operated by Syrax Global FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates and based at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai. It is a real, registered entity in a real jurisdiction — not an anonymous brand, an offshore shell, or a Discord server with a payment link.

Fortitude never takes custody of client funds under any circumstance. Your capital stays with your own broker, in your own name. We are not an asset manager and we do not pool, hold, or move your money.

Editorial responsibility

Jared Sinclair, Founder of Syrax Global FZCO, is responsible for the editorial output of this site and for the standards set out below. Questions, corrections and complaints about published content reach a named person, not a support queue that absorbs them.

You will not find a published trading track record here, because we do not consider an individual’s trade history to be evidence of anything useful to you. What we publish instead is method: how our scoring works, what it measures, and where it breaks down.

Editorial standards

We do not publish performance claims

No equity curves presented as results, no profit screenshots, no income figures. Any chart used to explain a concept is labelled illustrative. If a number appears on this site, it is either sourced and cited, or it is arithmetic you can reproduce from inputs you supply yourself.

We cite the loss statistics rather than hide them

Regulated brokers are required to disclose that the majority of retail accounts lose money trading leveraged products — typically 74–89%. That disclosure appears in our marketing rather than being buried, because a platform built on discipline cannot open with a lie about the odds.

We do not sell signals, and the coach cannot give them

FIS publishes quantified market context with its reasoning attached — not a directive to buy. The AI Performance Coach is architecturally prevented from issuing trade calls; that constraint lives in the system design, not in a promise.

AI is a method here, never a byline

We use AI and quantitative analysis to produce findings, and we describe the method when we do. We do not publish AI-generated articles under a human name, and we do not manufacture expert personas. Anything published under a person's name was written or reviewed by that person.

We criticise practices, not people

Our commentary on the trading-education industry targets patterns and incentives. We do not name or target individuals, and we do not build content on someone else's downfall.

Corrections are made in public

If we publish something inaccurate, we correct the page and note that it was corrected rather than editing silently. Substantive revisions update the article's modification date. To report an error, email support@fortitude.trade.

Nothing here is financial advice

Fortitude provides analytics, education and market intelligence. Nothing published on this site or inside the platform is financial advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to trade. Trading leveraged products carries substantial risk of loss. Read the full risk disclosure.
