Fortitude is operated by Syrax Global FZCO, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Fortitude — this website and the platform at app.fortitude.trade (together, “the Platform”) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of service

Fortitude is a performance and intelligence platform for retail traders, operated by Syrax Global FZCO. It provides trade journaling, behavioral analytics, AI-assisted coaching, market intelligence, an execution terminal, an opt-in auto-execute feature (see Section 5), educational content, and community features, on a subscription basis with tiered access.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All content, tools, AI outputs, signals, confluence scores, market commentary, and analysis are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Syrax Global FZCO accepts no liability for trading losses or decisions made in reliance on Platform content.

4. Risk disclosure

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, cryptocurrencies and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital; do not invest money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any examples, curves, scores or strategies shown anywhere on the Platform or in Fortitude marketing are illustrative and educational only. See the full Risk Disclosure.

5. Trading authority (FIS auto-execute)

Fortitude offers an opt-in feature (“FIS auto-execute”) that, if you explicitly enable it, allows the Fortitude Intelligence System to place orders on a broker account you connect, within risk limits you configure. By enabling this feature you grant Syrax Global FZCO limited, revocable authority to submit orders to your broker on your behalf, strictly within those limits. You may pause or revoke this authority at any time from your account settings; revocation takes effect immediately for future orders. This authority does not include, and Syrax Global FZCO will never exercise, custody or control of your funds — your capital remains with your broker, in your name, at all times. FIS auto-execute is not investment advice, portfolio management, or a guarantee of any result, and you remain solely responsible for the risk limits you set and the outcomes of any trade placed under this authorization.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date; you may cancel at any time in your account settings and retain access until the end of the paid period. Course and workshop purchases are one-time digital purchases. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to share account credentials, redistribute or resell Platform content, use the Platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape any component, or engage in abusive behaviour toward community members.

8. Intellectual property

All Platform content — course material, methodology, analytics, design, and software — is the exclusive property of Syrax Global FZCO and may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without explicit written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syrax Global FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
