Is this financial advice?
No. FIS and the Coach describe context and behaviour; neither one tells you what to buy or sell, and nothing here is personalised advice from a licensed adviser.
Do you hold my money?
No, under any plan, at any tier. Your capital sits at your own broker, in your own name — true even with auto-execute switched on. What we hold is data about your trading, not the trading itself.
Can I really run three risk levels?
Yes — three broker accounts you own, connected to one Fortitude login, each with its own risk-per-trade setting between 1% and 10% that you set yourself. Professional buys the third connection; the risk setting itself is available on any connected account.
Will this make me profitable?
No product can honestly promise that, and treat anything that does as a red flag. What Fortitude is built to do is make sure fewer of your losses come from you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings in one click — access runs to the end of the period you've paid for. No retention scripts, no phone calls.
How can I pay?
Card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency. Annual plans are one upfront payment at 20% off the monthly rate.
Is this a signals service?
No — and that's deliberate. Core and above include the FIS engine as quantified market context with full reasoning attached, and the Coach will never tell you to take a trade. FIS can optionally auto-execute on your own connected account, but only if you opt in and only within limits you set — that's automation you authorize, not a signal group. Anyone selling you certainty is selling you something else.
