Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial-period refunds are issued.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase may be eligible for a pro-rated refund, subject to review. Contact support@fortitude.trade within 14 days of purchase.

Course & workshop purchases

One-time course and workshop purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, as they are digital products delivered immediately. If a technical issue prevents access, contact us and we will resolve it.

Trial periods

Trial access granted by invitation is not billed. If a trial converts to a paid subscription and you cancel within 48 hours of the first charge, a full refund may be requested.

Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, contact support@fortitude.trade — we resolve billing disputes promptly. Chargebacks raised without prior contact may result in account suspension.
